At first glance, this is the most common salad with crab sticks, which we all remember well from childhood. But there is an unobvious highlight in it. Namely, crushed nuts in the composition, thanks to which the dish plays with new colors.
Ingredients
- Crab sticks - 300 g
- Fig - 120 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Corn - 1 bank
- Walnuts - 2 handfuls
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Mayonnaise - 4 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the rice until tender and let it cool.
Finely chop the onion and chop the walnuts.
Cut cucumbers and crab sticks into cubes.
Mix the salad and season it with mayonnaise.
