One dish can be cooked in hundreds of variations. Interesting recipes are invented every day by chefs, cooks and ordinary housewives. Once upon a time, as a result of such searches, a recipe for Mimosa salad without potatoes appeared.
Ingredients
- Canned fish (in oil) – 1 bank
- Cheese (solid) – 100 g
- Chicken eggs (hard boiled) – 3 pieces
- Carrots (boiled) – 250 g
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Mayonnaise - 80 ml
- Parsley - 1 twig
- Iceberg lettuce - half-pack
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mash canned fish with a fork.
Peel the onion from the husk and chop.
Grate cheese, peeled eggs and carrots. Cut the fourth part of the carrot into thin slices and set aside for decoration.
Put a layer of potatoes on a wide plate, season with salt, pepper and smear with mayonnaise.
Add a layer of canned food, onions and eggs. Again pepper, salt and smear with mayonnaise.
Lay out the carrots and the remains of the mayonnaise. Sprinkle cheese thickly on top.
Garnish with parsley, lettuce leaves and carrot flowers. Put the salad in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
