Don't underestimate chicken liver. You can cook a lot of delicious dishes from it, including amazing salads! Try this recipe. It's simple and incredibly appetizing. Instead of sour cream, you can use light mayonnaise.
Ingredients
- Chicken liver - 350 g
- Bell pepper (large) – 1 piece
- Lettuce - 250 g
- Bow purple (large) – 1 piece
- Vegetable oil - 3 art.l.
- Sour cream - 2 tbsp.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rinse the chicken liver thoroughly, peel off the films and dry with paper towels.
Fry the liver in vegetable oil until tender. Pepper and salt before turning off.
Cool the finished liver slightly and cut into small pieces.
Peel and slice the purple onion and bell pepper.
Tear the salad leaves into pieces with your hands.
Mix the bell pepper, lettuce leaves and sour cream.
Put the mixture on a plate, add the liver and onion.
