Do you love the inhabitants of the sea? Then surprise everyone with a very interesting dish - Paella with seafood. Seafood gives it a special light taste and unforgettable aroma. They are quickly prepared and are available in any store in the form of a "Sea cocktail".
Ingredients
- Sea cocktail - 1 piece
- Basmati rice - 200 g
- Zucchini - 1 piece
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Garlic - 3 clove
- Onion - 2 pieces
- String beans - 100 g
- Olive oil - 2 tsp
- Spices and seasonings - 1 h.l.
- Corn - 1 bank
- Vegetable broth - 120 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cook the rice in salted water.
Defrost the seafood. Then fry them in olive oil for 5 minutes.
Cut the sweet pepper and zucchini into slices, and the onion into half rings, chop the garlic, passing it through the press.
Add all the other vegetables (except corn), salt and pepper, sprinkle the vegetables with cumin and paprika. Fry, stirring constantly.
Pour vegetable broth into the pan, add corn and simmer for another 10 minutes over medium heat.
Combine seafood, vegetables and rice. Mix it up.
