In an ordinary frying pan, you can cook incredibly delicious potatoes in a rustic way. Use your favorite spices, without forgetting about the proportions and quantity. I like to cook with ground pepper, paprika and hops-suneli. I'll tell you about it today!
Ingredients
- Potatoes - 800 g
- Paprika - 1 tsp.
- Hops-suneli - 0,5 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Vegetable oil (odorless) – 4 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the potatoes thoroughly, dry them and cut them into small slices.
Add paprika, ground pepper, salt, suneli hops and 1 tbsp oil.
Heat the remaining oil in a frying pan, put the potatoes and fry for 20-25 minutes. Stir gently every 3-5 minutes.
Put the finished potatoes on a paper napkin to remove excess fat.
