- Cucumbers - 3 kg
- Garlic - 5 teeth
- Dill - 4 umbrella
- Currant leaves - 6 pieces
- Turmeric - 1 tsp.
- Black Pepper - 10 peas
- Vinegar - 120 ml
- Sugar - 4 art.l.
- Salt - 3 tbsp.l.
- Water - 2,7 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Put currant leaves, dill, black pepper and coarsely chopped garlic cloves in jars.
Lay the cucumbers tightly, trying to leave fewer voids.
Pour boiling water to the top, cover with lids and leave for 30 minutes.
Drain the water into a saucepan, add sugar, salt and turmeric.
Boil for 2 minutes, add vinegar and immediately remove from heat.
Pour the boiling marinade into jars, roll it up and wrap it well with a warm blanket.
