Ingredients
- Strawberries - 1 kg
- Sugar - 800 g
- Pectin - 20 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix pectin and 100 g of sugar.
Pour the remaining sugar over the strawberries and bring to a boil.
Boil for 10 minutes.
Pour in the pectin, mix thoroughly and boil the jam for another 3-5 minutes.
Roll it up in sterile jars.
