Ingredients
- Tomatoes - 600 g
- Bell pepper - 200 g
- Garlic - 4 cloves
- Basil - 1 bundle
- Chili pepper - 1 piece
- Parsley - 0.5 beam
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Sugar - 3 art.l.
- Hop-suneli - 1 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - 0.5 tsp.
- Ground coriander - 0.5 tsp.
- Vinegar - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop tomatoes in a blender.
Separately chop both types of pepper, garlic and all greens.
Mix with tomatoes, add salt and sugar, and bring to a boil.
Simmer the sauce for 15 minutes on low heat and add spices.
Simmer the sauce for another 15 minutes, pour in the vinegar and roll the satsebels into sterile jars.
