Ingredients
- Melon - 1 kg
- Sugar - 400 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the melon into cubes, cover with sugar and leave for half an hour.
Bring the jam to a boil, boil for 10 minutes and leave to cool for 4 hours.
Repeat the previous step.
Boil the jam again for 5 minutes and roll it into sterile jars.
