I love this salad because it is as simple and affordable as possible. Beans, Peking cabbage and some more vegetables. I advise you to experiment with slicing – the result is significantly different, depending on this.
Ingredients
- Beans (boiled) – 1 glass
- Peking cabbage - 6 sheets
- Parsley - 2 twigs
- Cucumbers - 2 pieces
- Cherry tomatoes - 6 pieces
- Corn - 100 g
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop all the vegetables and randomly chop the Peking cabbage.
Add the cooled boiled beans and canned corn.
Add the parsley leaves and pour olive oil over the salad.
