Diet is not a reason to deny yourself delicious desserts. It is enough just to cook them “correctly”, replacing the classic products with low-calorie ones. The taste of the PP-delicacy is in no way inferior to the traditional Italian panna cotta, and its benefits are much higher.
Ingredients
- Milk - 250 ml
- Yogurt (low–fat) - 250 ml
- Gelatin - 1 tsp.
- Sugar substitute - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Soak gelatin in cold water to swell.
Add sugar substitute to milk, bring to a boil and remove from heat.
Add the swollen gelatin to the hot milk, mix until it completely dissolves. Cool it down a little.
Add low-fat yogurt to the milk with gelatin, mix and strain through a sieve.
Pour the mixture into molds or transparent cups and send it to the refrigerator to solidify for several hours.
Decorate a ready-made diet panna cotta with berries or fresh fruit.
