I often cook cheesecakes for breakfast and over the years I have managed to try many interesting recipes. I really liked the cheesecakes with rice flour. They turn out to be airy and, moreover, are considered more useful.
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 350 g
- Rice flour - 160 g
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Powdered sugar - 3 tbsp.l .
- Vanillin - at the tip of the knife
- Coconut oil (for frying) – 50 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix cottage cheese, egg, powdered sugar, vanilla and 80 g of rice flour.
Mix with a fork until smooth.
Form cheesecakes and roll in the remaining flour.
Fry in oil until browned on both sides.
