One of my family's favorite summer desserts is this parfait ice cream. Today I want to share with you a recipe that I have been looking for, choosing and perfecting for a very long time. No store-bought cones and no ice cream from a cafe can be compared to homemade.
Ingredients
- Cream (33-35%) – 300 ml
- Condensed milk - 150 ml
- Cocoa - 25 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix condensed milk and cocoa until smooth.
Add cold cream and beat everything with a mixer until fluffy.
Pour the ice cream into the creamers and send it to the freezer for a couple of hours.
