Panna cotta with raspberries is a versatile dessert that is suitable for any holiday and for every day. Both adults and children love him. As a rule, I use raspberries, but you can take any berries that you have in the garden or in the freezer.
Ingredients
- Cream (33%) – 500 ml
- Sugar - 100 g
- Vanilla sugar - 15 g
- Gelatin - 10 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Soak the gelatin. Take as much water as indicated on the package and soak the gelatin in it. Set aside so that it swells.
Put the cream on the fire. Add vanilla sugar and sugar, mix well. Bring to a boil, but do not boil, immediately remove from heat.
Mix cream with gelatin, mix and pour into glasses. Send the first layer to the refrigerator to solidify and cook the second one.
Chop the raspberries in a blender. Mix it with water and sugar and put it on the fire.
While the raspberries are cooking, prepare a second portion of gelatin. Do the same as the first time.
When the raspberries boil, remove them from the heat, let them cool down a little and add gelatin. Add the second layer to the panna cotta and put it in the refrigerator to freeze.
When serving, decorate the dessert with fresh berries.
