Almost any cheese and dairy products can be used as the basis of cheesecake. The main thing here is the proportions, the balance of taste, and also to achieve the perfect texture. I have a good recipe for cheesecake with sour cream, which I will gladly share with you.
Ingredients
- Cookies (sand) – 400 g
- Butter - 170 g
- Sour cream (25%) – 700 g
- Berries - 1 handful
- Sugar - 150 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Starch - 2 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Fold the gauze into 3-4 layers, lay out the sour cream and hang it for 4-5 hours so that the excess serum runs off.
Mix thick sour cream with a whisk with sugar and starch. Add the eggs individually and mix again.
Chop the cookies in a blender, mix with melted butter and tamp the base into a mold. Form the sides.
Pour the sour cream and put the berry on top.
Bake the cheesecake for about 40 minutes in the oven at 170 degrees, let cool and put it in the refrigerator overnight.
