Ingredients
- Sour cream - 125 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Milk - 300 ml
- Vanilla extract - 0.5 tsp.
- Flour - 180 g
- Cocoa - 1 art.l.
- Sugar substitute - 1 art.l. to taste
- Baking soda - 1.5 tsp.
- Bitter chocolate - 90 g
- Cottage cheese - 400 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Whisk sour cream and eggs with a whisk. Add milk and vanilla extract.
Add the sifted dry ingredients, and last of all - soda.
Let the dough stand for 15 minutes.
Lightly oil a frying pan, heat it up and pour out a ladle of dough. Fry the cake for about 3-4 minutes on each side.
Bake the rest of the cakes in the same way. Let them cool and trim the dry edges.
Beat the cottage cheese with a blender. Melt the chocolate in any convenient way and mix with cottage cheese.
Smear the cakes with cream and assemble the cake.
