Italians are great experts in cooking. All their dishes surprise with fantastic taste, but desserts deserve special attention, of course. Today we will prepare a chocolate tiramisu popular in Italy. I guarantee you will like it!
Ingredients
- Savoyardi Cookies - 12 pieces
- Mascarpone - 300 g
- Cream (bold) – 200 ml
- Chocolate - 150 g
- Sugar - 120 g
- Coffee (espresso) – 1 cup
- Vanillin - on the tip of the knife
- Cognac - 2 tbsp.l.
- Cocoa (for decoration) – 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Break a third of the chocolate into pieces and melt in a water bath.
Grate the remaining chocolate on a fine grater.
Mix mascarpone, cream, melted chocolate, vanilla and sugar.
Mix coffee and cognac.
Put a little chocolate cream on the bottom of the prepared dishes.
Then lay out a layer of cookies and pour fragrant coffee.
Add the cream and repeat the steps again. Continue this way until the blanks run out or the molds are filled.
Sprinkle chocolate tiramisu with cocoa and chocolate chips, refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
