Prepare the jelly according to the instructions on the package, reducing the amount of water to 200 ml per each. Put it in the refrigerator to cool down.

Pour water into a deep saucepan, pour gelatin and leave to swell for 15 minutes.

Heat the mass over low heat for a couple of minutes, stirring constantly. Wait until all the granules dissolve and turn off.

In a separate bowl, mix sour cream with sugar.

Pour gelatin and water into the sour cream mixture, mix and cool.

Cut the frozen colored jelly into small cubes and put it into a prepared mold.

Pour the mixture of gelatin and sour cream, send it to the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.

Cut the finished jelly into pieces, put it on a plate and decorate with lemon balm leaves.
