Ice cream is a pretty fat dessert because of cream and sugar, but even it can be made low–calorie. I want to share a proven version with a pleasant texture – no ice chips and solid frozen bars.
Ingredients
- Kefir - 200 ml
- Cottage cheese - 200 g
- Bananas - 150 g
- Ground cinnamon - 0.5 tsp.
- Raisins (white) – 40 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Soak the raisins for 10 minutes.
Mix kefir, cottage cheese, raisins and cinnamon in a blender until smooth.
Add the sliced banana, whisk again and send the ice cream to the freezer for 4 hours.
