Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 450 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Coconut flour - 120 g
- Coconut oil (for frying) – 2 tbsp.l .
- Stevia - to taste

Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wipe the cottage cheese through a sieve. Thanks to this, future cheesecakes will turn out to be airy.
