Ingredients
- Cottage cheese (5%) – 300 g
- Rice flour - 60 g
- Chicken eggs - 1 pcs.
- Sugar substitute - to taste
- Salt - pinch
- Vegetable oil - for frying
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mash the cottage cheese with a fork or beat it with a blender. Add the egg, sifted flour and sugar substitute, mix until smooth.
Form cheesecakes and fry in a frying pan with the addition of a small amount of vegetable oil on both sides until golden brown (first without a lid, then reduce the heat and simmer under the lid for 5-7 minutes).
Serve PP cheese cakes made of cottage cheese with your favorite topping, low-fat sour cream, honey or maple syrup.
