Lately I can't find ice cream to my taste in the store: there is a lot of sugar, then artificial additives are felt. Somehow I came across a great recipe for banana ice cream, and I decided to make a cold dessert at home. The result exceeded all my expectations.

Ingredients

  • Bananas - 2 pieces
  • Milk - 100 ml
  • Cream (33% fat content) – 350 ml
  • Lemon juice - 1 tbsp.l.
  • Powdered sugar - 2 art.l.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Peel the bananas, cut them into large pieces and put them in a blender bowl.

Add lemon juice, cream, milk, powdered sugar and grind until smooth.

Transfer to the prepared container and put in the freezer for 6 hours. I recommend taking the ice cream out of the freezer for the first 2-3 hours every 40 minutes and mixing it well with a mixer.
