The dessert will turn out so delicious that you will cook it often. The recipe for a lean mousse cake is very simple. Conventionally, it can be divided into two stages: making a cake and working with mousse. For decoration, you can use berries, flowers and citrus slices.
Ingredients
- Oat flakes - 100 g
- Flour - 1 tbsp.l.
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.l .
- Honey - 2 tbsp.l .
- Blueberries - 2 glasses
- Semolina - 1 tbsp.l.
- Powdered sugar - 60 g
- Agar-agar - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Grind the flakes in a blender to the state of crumbs.
Add flour, vegetable oil, honey and mix.
Put it on the bottom of the split mold, lightly tamp it and put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Pass blueberries through a juicer.
Mix half of the berry juice with sugar, semolina and boil for 5 minutes.
Turn off the heat, cool to room temperature and beat well with a mixer.
Heat the remaining juice to 50 degrees, mix with agar-agar and boil for 3 minutes, stirring frequently.
Mix both blanks and beat well.
Put the mousse in a detachable mold on the base and put it in the refrigerator for another 3 hours.
