Even those who zealously count calories can afford a delicious dessert. Pancake PP cake is prepared without sugar and only from healthy products. The cream is whipped from low-fat cottage cheese and ricotta. If desired, you can add a little vanilla or citrus zest.
Ingredients
- Chicken eggs - 5 pieces
- Milk - 450 ml
- Stevia (liquid extract) – 1 tsp.
- Rice flour - 2 art.l.
- Corn Starch - 1 tbsp.l.
- Vegetable oil - 1 art.l.
- Vanillin - at the tip of the knife
- Ricotta (low fat percentage) – 500 g
- Cottage cheese (fat-free) – 200 g
- Stevia (liquid extract) – to taste
- Walnuts - handful
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Beat eggs with stevia until fluffy.
Add milk, butter, vanilla, starch and flour. Stir until smooth.
Pour a little dough into a preheated frying pan, spread evenly over the entire surface and fry until golden brown on both sides. Repeat the steps until the dough runs out.
Mix ricotta, cottage cheese and stevia extract.
Lay the pancakes on top of each other, smearing with the prepared cream.
Decorate the top and sprinkle with chopped nuts. Before serving, the pancake PP cake must necessarily stand for a couple of hours in the refrigerator.
