Ingredients
- Coconut milk - 500 ml
- Vanilla Extract - 1,5 tsp.
- Sugar substitute - 70 g
- Salt - pinch
- Mint - for decoration
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Combine milk, vanilla extract, salt and sugar substitute, mix thoroughly.
Pour the mass into ice molds and send it to the freezer for about 5 hours.
Take out the ice cream cubes, let them melt a little, transfer to a blender bowl, whisk until smooth. Then put it in a container and send it to the freezer for another 1 hour.
Before serving, decorate the finished PP ice cream with a sprig of fresh mint.
