Haven't you spoiled your household with yummy for a long time? Prepare a delicate coconut dessert. It's amazingly delicious and simple. The air mass of coconut milk and cream literally melts in your mouth, and the amount of sugar can be adjusted to your liking.
Ingredients
- Cream (33% fat content) – 200 g
- Coconut milk - 400 g
- Sugar - 120 g
- Gelatin - 15 g
- Vanillin - at the tip of the knife
- Water (boiled) – 150 ml
- Coconut chips (for submission) – 2 tbsp.l.
- Mint (for submission) – 2 twigs
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Fill the gelatin with cold water and put it aside for 15 minutes to swell.
Heat the gelatin in a water bath until the crystals completely dissolve. But do not bring it to a boil.
Beat the cooled cream with sugar until sharp peaks.
Add coconut milk, vanilla and mix gently.
Pour in the cooled gelatin mass and mix again.
Pour the dessert into cups and put it in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
Serve the dessert, garnishing with coconut chips and mint leaves.
