Ingredients
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Dried apricots - 100 g
- Coconut chips - 80 g
- Nuts - 1 handful
- Sunflower seeds - 1 handful
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Finely chop the nuts and mix with the seeds and half the chips.
Grate the carrots on a fine grater and squeeze out the juice.
Chop dried apricots in a blender and mix all the ingredients.
Form balls and roll in the remaining coconut chips.
