Ingredients
- Pumpkin - 1 kg
- Applesauce - 150 g
- Sugar - 2 tbsp.l .
- Ground cinnamon - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the pumpkin pulp and put it in the oven for 30-40 minutes at 180 degrees until soft.
Grind it with a blender, mix it with applesauce and add sugar and cinnamon to taste.
Cover the drying trays with parchment, put the puree in a thin layer and dry the pastille for 5-7 hours according to the instructions of the dryer.
