This is probably the most chocolate cheesecake I've ever tasted. Especially if you pour it with chocolate, melted in a water bath. So that the dessert is not too sugary, choose tiles with a high cocoa content.
Ingredients
- Cookies - 300 g
- Butter - 100 g
- Cocoa - 2 tbsp.l .
- Cream cheese - 600 g
- Sour cream (20%) – 200 g
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Chocolate - 150 g
- Powdered sugar - 180 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the cookies into crumbs and mix with cocoa and melted butter.
Put the base in a mold and send it to the oven at 170 degrees for 15 minutes.
Melt the chocolate in a water bath.
Whisk the cheese, sour cream and powdered sugar. Add the eggs individually, whisking.
Pour in the chocolate, whisk again and pour the filling onto the base.
Put a container of water on the bottom of the oven.
Bake the cheesecake for 1.5-2 hours at 140 degrees.
Leave it for another hour in the oven turned off, slightly open, cool to the end on the table and put it in the refrigerator overnight.
