Ingredients
- Coconut milk - 300 ml
- Cream (coconut) – 200 ml
- Sugar substitute - 80 g
- Corn Starch - 20 g
- Invert syrup - 20 g
- Coconut chips - 100 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix coconut milk and cream, add the remaining ingredients and whisk everything with a blender.
Bring the mass to a boil over low heat, stirring.
Leave the mass in the refrigerator for a couple of hours and whisk again.
Arrange them into molds and send them to freeze in the freezer.
