Ingredients
- Mango - 2 pieces
- Sugar - 0.75 glasses
- Cream (33%) – 200 ml
- Cream (10%) – 300 ml
- Vanilla sugar - 1 bag
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the mango and mash it into a puree.
Add both types of sugar and 10% cream, and whisk again.
Separately whisk the heavy cream until fluffy and mix with mango.
Pour the ice cream into a container and put it in the freezer.
Stir it every 30 minutes for the first 2 hours.
