- Cookies - 200 g
- Butter - 100 g
- Mascarpone - 250 g
- Cream (33%) – 150 g
- Powdered sugar - 50 g
- Coconut chips - 30 g
- Coconut flour - 2 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the cookies with butter and put the base into the mold.
Whisk mascarpone with powdered sugar and separately whisk cream to peaks.
Combine both masses and add coconut flour and chips.
Mix and put everything on the base.
Put the cheesecake in the refrigerator overnight.
