This mousse turns out to be so light and airy – it's hard to believe that there is cottage cheese. How to achieve this result, I will tell you further in the recipe. In addition to the cottage cheese itself, you will need any fresh or frozen berries to taste.
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 200 g
- Cream - 50 g
- Berries - 100 g
- Sugar substitute - 2 tbsp.l .
- Milk - 50 ml
- Water - 25 ml
- Egg whites - 2 pieces
- Gelatin - 5 g
- Vanillin - 1 pinch
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Soak the gelatin in water with milk and prepare according to the instructions.
Whisk cottage cheese with cream, vanilla and sugar substitute in a blender until fluffy.
Heat the gelatin until dissolved, pour it into the cottage cheese and mix. Whisk the mass again.
Separately grind the berries through a sieve and mix in the mousse.
Separately beat the whites with a mixer to peaks and also gently mix with a spatula.
Put the mousse into molds and send it to the refrigerator for 4 hours.
