Cheesecake in a slow cooker turns out no worse than in the oven. This time I will share with you my favorite recipe from cottage cheese. Incredibly tasty, simple, and even quite inexpensive! The perfect dessert for tea, from which children and adults will be delighted.
Ingredients
- Cookies - 220 g
- Butter - 125 g
- Cottage cheese - 800 g
- Chicken eggs - 4-5 pieces
- Sour cream (20%) – 200 g
- Starch - 2-3 tbsp.l.
- Sugar - 300 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the cookies with butter and tightly lay the base with the sides in a slow cooker.
Separate the whites and whisk all the other ingredients with an immersion blender.
Separately whisk the whites to peaks and mix into the curd mass with a spatula.
Pour everything on the base and cook the cheesecake in the "Baking" mode for 80-90 minutes.
Leave it in the slow cooker for another 2 hours after the end of the program.
