- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces

Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the cookies in a blender until they are fine crumbs.
Add the melted butter and mix thoroughly.
Put the resulting mass on the bottom of the prepared mold, lightly tamping.
Mix cheese with sugar and cream.
Add all the eggs one by one, stirring with a mixer at a slow speed.
Put it in a mold with a prepared base and smooth it out. Put the New York cheesecake in the refrigerator for 4-6 hours.
