Ingredients
- Gelatin - 20 g
- Jelly (different colors) – 4 sachet
- Sour cream - 500 ml
- Powdered sugar - 1 glass
- Water - 1120 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Pour each jelly bag into a separate container, pour 250 ml of hot water, mix and cool.
Cut the frozen jelly into arbitrary small pieces.
Gelatin pour 120 ml of cold boiled water.
Heat the mass in a water bath, but do not bring it to a boil.
Whisk sour cream with powdered sugar.
Add water with gelatin and mix.
Put the pieces of colored jelly in the prepared mold.
Pour sour cream and put it in the refrigerator for 10-12 hours.
To remove the finished cake from the mold, lower it into hot water for 10 seconds.
