Quail eggs have long ceased to be a luxury, and you can buy them almost everywhere. They cook faster, look beautiful in ready-made dishes and they don't even need to be cut. That's how beautifully and harmoniously they fit into a vegetable salad!
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 1 piece
- Spinach - 1 bundle
- Quail eggs - 6 pieces
- Cherry tomatoes - 150 g
- Olives - 1 handful
- Spices and seasonings (for chicken) – 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the chicken into pieces, roll in spices and fry on all sides until browned.
Boil the quail eggs 4-5 minutes after boiling, peel off the shell and cut in half.
Wash the spinach, cut the cherry tomatoes in half too and add the pitted olives to them.
Mix all the ingredients and season the salad as needed.
