For this recipe you will need only three ingredients: cherries, homemade cream and condensed milk. Moreover, fruits can be both fresh and frozen. In extreme cases, the use of cherry jam is allowed.

- Cherry - 400 g
- Cream - 300 g
- Condensed milk - 300 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the cherries and peel them from the seeds.
Set aside the fourth part, place the rest in a blender bowl and chop.
Finely chop the remaining cherries.
Mix the cherry mass, condensed milk and chopped cherries.
Separately whisk the cooled cream.
Mix the billet with cherries and whipped cream.
Put the resulting mass in a prepared mold and put it in the freezer for 10 hours. For the first 5 hours, stir the ice cream every 40 minutes.
