Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 300 g
- Zucchini - 150 g
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Flour - 150 g
- Sugar - 3 art.l.
- Butter (for frying) – 60 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the zucchini and grate it on a fine grater.
Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve or grind it in a blender.
Mix both blanks, add sugar, egg and half the flour. Stir with a fork until smooth.
Form cheesecakes and roll in the remaining flour.
Grease a frying pan with butter and heat it well.
Lay out the cheesecakes and fry until golden brown on both sides. Usually it takes 1.5-2 minutes on each side.
