In rice flour cheesecakes, the main thing is to strictly observe the proportions. Such flour behaves quite differently in the dough, compared with wheat. Therefore, even minor deviations can affect the result that you will get in the end.
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese (5%) – 300 g
- Rice flour - 60 g
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Sugar substitute - 1 tbsp.l .
- Vanillin - 1 pinch
- Baking powder dough - 4 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Whisk together cottage cheese, egg, vanilla and sugar substitute.
Add the sifted baking powder, and then the rice flour. Mix everything thoroughly.
Roll up small balls, roll them in rice flour and flatten them into cheesecakes 1.5-2 cm thick.
Fry them on both sides until golden brown.
If desired, then send the cheesecakes to the oven at 180 degrees for 5 minutes.
