You probably know numerous recipes for salads from eggs and processed cheese. This forshmak is something similar, but also with herring. The taste becomes more delicate, and the texture becomes more convenient to spread the snack on bread or bruschetta.
Ingredients
- Herring (fillet) – 600 g
- Processed cheese - 100 g
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Onion - 1 piece
- Garlic - 4 clove
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the hard-boiled eggs and let them cool.
Coarsely chop all the ingredients and pass through a meat grinder with melted cheese and garlic.
Add spices to taste to the forshmak and mix.
