There are a lot of variations of lavash rolls with smoked salmon, but they are all inherently similar. I suggest you add a little originality and try this wonderful recipe with fragrant fresh rosemary and lemon zest.
Ingredients
- Lavash - 1 sheet
- Salmon (smoked) – 150 g
- Rosemary - 2 twigs
- Lemon zest - 1 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - 1 pinch
- Lettuce - 40 g
- Philadelphia Cheese - 150 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix Philadelphia, finely chopped rosemary, zest and pepper.
Put salad leaves on the pita bread and brush with Philadelphia.
Spread out thin strips of smoked salmon, roll up a tight roll.
Tighten into a film and send it to the refrigerator for 45 minutes.
