Tacos with chicken, vegetables and cheese are a simple and delicious snack that can be prepared in just 5 minutes. This is convenient if you need to have a quick snack or take food with you on the road, to work. Tacos can be made from corn or wheat flour.
Ingredients
- Taco tortillas - 2 pieces
- Lettuce - 2 pieces
- Tomatoes - 1-2 pieces
- Chicken fillet (baked) – 1 piece
- Cheddar Cheese - 70 g
- Salt - 2 pinches
- Ketchup - 3 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Place the tortillas on a table or cutting board. Spread half of each tortilla with ketchup or other sauce.
Wash and dry the lettuce leaves, tear them with your hands and put them on top of the ketchup.
Cut the baked chilled meat into thin slices and put it on top of the leaves. Cut the tomato into thin slices and put it on top of the meat.
Put the grated cheese on top and cover the filling with the second half of the tortilla.
You can serve the snack right away, or you can warm it up a little so that the cheese melts. It is not necessary to heat too much, since the lettuce leaves will wither. Before serving, you can also add fresh fragrant herbs to the snack.
