To make guacamole, I take ripe avocados. Wash it and separate the bone and peel.
Peel the garlic. Put the garlic and avocado in a blender and whisk them to a mass similar to mashed potatoes.
Add the juice of one lemon, salt and spices to taste. Mix well and use as a base for sandwiches.
