For the first time I tried a spicy snack from my friend and didn't even understand what it was made of. It turned out that these are enoki mushrooms in Korean. Since then, I often cook them, experimenting with spices, various sauces and other additives. Try it, maybe you will like them too!
Ingredients
- Mushrooms (enoki) – 400 g
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Greenery - a couple of twigs
- Vinegar - 2 tbsp.l.
- Soy sauce - 2 tbsp.l.
- Chili sauce - 2 tbsp.l.
- Vegetable oil - 2 art.l.
- Ground red pepper - to taste
- Salt - 0,5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Prepare enoki mushrooms, put them on a sieve, scald with boiling water, and then rinse with cold water.
Chop carrots, herbs, peeled onions and garlic.
Mix all the blanks in a bowl.
Add hot oil, ground pepper, salt, sauces and vinegar.
Mix and refrigerate for 2 hours.
