Hello, dear lovers of delicious and varied cuisine! Today I want to share with you my secret julienne recipe, which won the hearts of my family and guests. And the whole secret is in the pitch. I serve the classic version with chicken and mushrooms in pancakes.
Ingredients
For pancakes:
- Flour - 1.5-2 glasses
- Milk - 500 ml
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Salt - 1 pinch
- Sugar - 1 pinch
- Vegetable oil - 1 art.l.
For Julienne:
- Mushrooms - 250 g
- Chicken - 250 g
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Sour cream - 200 g
- Mayonnaise - 1 tbsp.l.
- Starch - 2 tsp.
- Cheese - 60 g
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Beat all the ingredients for pancakes with a mixer.
Fry thin pancakes in a frying pan on both sides and let them cool.
Finely chop the chicken and fry
Separately chop the onion and mushrooms, and also fry until tender.
Add the chicken, and then - sour cream, mayonnaise and starch.
Heat everything together for a couple of minutes, season, add grated cheese and cook until it melts.
Put the filling in the center of the pancake and roll up the bag or envelope.
