- Lavash - 2 of the sheet
- Champignons - 200 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Processed cheese - 1 piece
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil hard-boiled eggs and grate on a coarse grater along with melted cheese.
Chop and fry the mushrooms with onions until the moisture evaporates. Season to taste.
Put two sheets of pita bread together and put eggs with melted cheese on top.
