Step-by-step cooking recipe

Cut the fish into cubes and fry for a couple of minutes, stirring.

Separately fry the chopped onion with mushrooms until the moisture evaporates.

Add the fish, season, pour cream and bring to a boil.

Simmer everything together for a couple of minutes, arrange in molds and sprinkle with grated cheese.

Put julienne in the oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
