Ingredients
- Round rice (boiled) – 250 g
- Crab meat - 200 g
- Salmon (lightly salted) – 200 g
- Avocado - 1 piece
- Rice vinegar - 2 tsp.

Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the avocado in half, peel and stone.
Chop the fruit pulp and sprinkle with rice vinegar.
Cut the crab meat into cubes.
Cut the salmon into thin slices of rectangular shape.
Spread a bamboo mat on the table, lay out a layer of rice, place a sheet of nori on top.
Place avocado and crab meat in a strip on the wide side.
