During proper nutrition, many do not know what you can have a quick snack at work. I recommend cooking and taking PP sandwiches with you. There are many recipes on this topic, but today I will tell you a variant with hummus, avocado and tomatoes.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Peel half of the avocado, cut into slices and sprinkle with lemon juice.

Slice the tomato and lettuce leaf.

Put half of the hummus on a piece of bread, spread evenly.

Lay out a little lettuce leaf, half an avocado and a tomato.

Sprinkle with spices and salt, cover with a second piece of bread on top.

Repeat the same steps with the remaining ingredients.

Lay two sandwiches on top of each other and pierce with a long wooden skewer.
